I feel like I owe an apology for the incomplete seven days of Crock Pot meals. But I can explain, really.
We had to take a break over the weekend due to the amount of leftovers the first three days produced. Then Monday came and my father-in-law came over with pizza (yea--ready-made dinner!) and then the next two nights we weren't home, so filling a Crock Pot with food is only helpful when you'll be home to eat it (write that down, words of wisdom). So I'm sharing the recipes that I will be making, the next time we're home for an evening. I found such yummy stuff that I thought it'd be a travesty not to share them. And when we do eat them, I'll share any important details that arise.
