One year ago today, after the most amazing epidural in all the land, Harper Kimery was born. And last week we tried to have her first birthday pictures done. A couple turned out okay, but most did not.
Some times I'm surprised she's survived the first year. Especially after reading this post again. That poor little baby.
And she still has the best facial expressions, hands down.
I'm looking forward to summer so we can spend Mommy-and-me time...maybe send that big sister to a friend's house for the afternoon.
It seems just like yesterday that she was trying baby food for the first time. Now she's a cheese-loving, milk-chugging maniac.
Harper, you've changed so much since August. Please slow down, please stop growing.
And happy birthday wee one.
